underwhelming stay
poor beach service inattentive housekeeping
the spacious rooms were a plus (i especially liked the garden view).
The service fell short of expectations given the price point. beach service was particularly disappointing. Assistance with umbrellas was nonexistent. i was also not offered any beverages. housekeeping entered my room despite the 'do not disturb' sign being displayed. They moved furniture without properly cleaning.

faulty air conditioning loose wires
the rooms were renovated i found them really beautiful and comfortable
the air conditioning unit didn't work properly even after i asked for help it was not fixed also loose wires behind the sofa posed a hazard it felt very unsafe

an awesome experience!
amazing staff quick service high-quality food
I had a fantastic stay! the staff memorized my name and preferences, such efficiency. they served food and drinks quickly, ensuring high quality. Ahmet, murat, and mehmed were especially amazing. the hotel maintained a quiet atmosphere, and the bed offered very nice comfort. I slept so well.
The bathroom needs upgrades. It should be newer and better!

The hotel offers multiple pools and a private beach area. I spent all day there! the spa includes a turkish bath, sauna, and steam room, providing options for relaxation.

Several on-site restaurants offer diverse cuisines, including italian and asian options. I tasted great food. the main restaurant features buffet service for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. So many choices! the bars serve premium alcohol, including lagavulin and grey goose.

The staff provides attentive service, with quick responses to requests. Every single one of them was warm. housekeeping visits occur multiple times daily, ensuring cleanliness, though i'm not sure if it was neccessary! the lady in red team offers personalized assistance and guidance.

incorrect room type malfunctioning machine
the pool area was acceptable, the water was clear.
the check-in process was not smooth. i requested a specific room type in advance, a beautiful king room sea view, but it was not available upon my arrival. the staff offered a superior king room golf view as a temporary solution, it lacked the promised sea view. the nespresso machine in the room malfunctioned throughout my stay, it was inconvenient.

Really good Dining and Attentive Service
warm hospitality attentive service
Ahmet and Aidana served me during dinner, and their service was perfect. Their professionalism and warm hospitality stood out. They responded quickly to my needs.
I got sick so the doctor services at the hotel were terrible. The affiliate vendors tried to fleece us and kept recommending that we go to their private hospital for basic fever and cough. The doctor came and from the word go was selling the need to go to the hospital immediately without examining me.

The staff's dedication created a unique atmosphere. Some employees work here for decades. Ahmet Yildirim will take care of you like you are his dearest guest. Always smiling Nudret and dapper Emre from the reception bar were amazing.

The food was delicious. It was beautifully presented with unique flavors. Dining at the restaurant was a highlight and the à la carte beach menu offered a fantastic range of food. Mr Savaş is the Food & Beverage Manager.

The grounds were beautifully maintained. The pool and beach areas were clean. Neslihan was always on hand at the beach and went out of her way to help. She assisted with umbrellas, towels, and adjusting the chaises.

The hotel is right at the beach so it offers a perfect location. The rooms are very comfortable and well-equipped. I found fresh and varied food available and a professional service.
